Link Your Property conveniently provides you with instant two way messaging to landlords and tenants on an individual or blanket send, allowing you to be on top of all communications and monitor action against these through a summary dashboard.
As an agent you will need to ensure all documents are relevant and in date. To support the management of properties and tenancies all properties have an individual timeline detailing all communications, maintenance notifications and actions. This provides a full audit trail which is transparent to all parties.
To support communication with landlords, in particular around condition and maintenance of properties, photos can easily be uploaded and attached to condition reports.
As an agent you will be the subscriber for this service on behalf of your landlords and tenants, once registered, this can be done on an individual property basis allowing you to subscribe by landlord request only or you can choose to offer this service for all of the properties you manage.
